Purchasing Artwork

Choosing your art work

Thank you for your interest in owning a piece of my art. It’s really important to me that you are pleased with your choice of artwork, so if you have any questions feel free to email me at marian@marianhallart.com before completing your purchase.  I would also be happy to send you a high quality image of the work or to have a video call with you, to help you make your decision.

Payment - Customers in the UK

Bank transfer: If you would like to pay by bank transfer please email me at marian@marianhallart.com so we can be in touch to make the arrangements. This method of payment means that I get the full purchase price rather than having to pay credit card fees. 😊

Credit card payment through the website: Art can be purchased via my website using  major credit cards and is processed via Stripe.

Payment - Customers outside the UK

I am very happy to send my work to countries outside the UK but due to the number of shipping variations I will need to process the sale outside my website. Please email marian@marianhallart.com with details of the work you wish to purchase and I’ll be in touch shortly.

Shipping

Due to the variable costs of shipping outside the UK, my website is only set-up to automatically calculate UK shipping costs. If you are outside the UK, please contact me for a shipping estimate and to process the sale.

Is shipping included in the price?

The price for each artwork excludes shipping costs but will be automatically added in the checkout process for UK customers. If you are outside the UK please contact me for a shipping estimate.

Option to collect from my studio

My studio is in Welwyn, Hertfordshire UK and you’re welcome pick up your chosen art from here.

Packing your art work

I will wrap your artwork in a number of layers, so that it is well protected on its journey to you. Wherever possible I use recycled packaging from the frames and art supplies that I have purchased as this is strong, clean and usually readily available to me. Here is a time lapse video of me wrapping an artwork prior to it’s safe delivery to its new owner in Australia.
